RESCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO SERVICES - If you have to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must do so at least 48-hours prior to your appointment time by texting me at 443-808-1189. - If you provide less than a 48-hours notice of rescheduling, you forfeit the non-refundable deposit and it will no longer be considered transferable. - If you provide 24-hours or less notice of cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to all services booked. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be considered transferable. - A no-call/no-show will result in you being charged the remaining balance of all services booked. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be considered transferable. You will also be blocked from booking future appointments. If any future appointments had been booked prior to the no-call/no-show, they will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited. - Frequent cancellations will result in you becoming ineligible to book future appointments. - If you would like to change the service you booked to a different service option, you must notify me at least 48-hours prior to your appointment time. Not providing advanced notice may result in you being charged the remaining balance of the original service booked. LATE & EARLY ARRIVALS - If you know that you will be arriving late, please let me know before the start time of your scheduled appointment by texting 443-808-1189. I will always do my best to accommodate, but depending on how late you arrive, your appointment may have to be altered or cancelled. In the event that your appointment has to be altered or cancelled you will be required to pay the remaining balance of all services booked and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and no longer considered transferable. - If you arrive early to your appointment, please feel free to quietly have a seat in our waiting area. If you arrive and are not able to enter the building, please message me at 443-808-1189 so that I can come let you in. INCLEMENT WEATHER - In the event of inclement weather in which your appointment has to be rescheduled, your non-refundable deposit will be transferable even if rescheduling occurs less than 24-hours from your appointment time. Safety should be prioritized in these circumstances and so the decision of rescheduling due to inclement weather can come from either you or me. from either you or me.
