RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS - If you have to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must do so at least 48-hours prior to your appointment time by texting me at 443-808-1189. - If you provide less than a 48-hours notice of rescheduling, you forfeit the non-refundable deposit and it will no longer be considered transferable. - If you provide 24-hours or less notice of cancellation you will be charged the remaining balance of all services booked. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be considered transferable. - A no-call/no-show will result in you being charged the remaining balance of all services booked. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be considered transferable. You will also be blocked from booking future appointments. If any future appointments had been booked prior to the no-call/no-show, they will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited. - Frequent cancellations will result in you becoming ineligible to book future appointments. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS & CHANGES TO SERVICES - All appointments must be confirmed through the automated system via text message or email. The automated system sends texts from 833-609-9048 and emails from Bijou Sachi Nails. If an appointment is not confirmed through the automated system, I will text you directly from 443-808-1189 to confirm. In the event that I do not receive confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited and no longer considered transferable. - If you would like to change the service you booked to a different service option, you must notify me at least 48-hours prior to your appointment time. Not providing advanced notice may result in you being charged the remaining balance of the original service booked.
